WF (wrong forum) - Mice (mouses)
I did search and found some good threads, but was wondering what the people I know do.
Do you: Switch hands? Have a trackball? One of those little handheld trackballs? Gyroscopic air mouse? Drawing tablet? Touch screen? Keyboard hack? What is your strategy to avoid wrist and hand problems if you have one? |
Re: WF (wrong forum) - Mice (mouses)
I have a mouse set up on the right side of my keyboard and a trackball set up on the left. I just use whichever I feel like at the time. Why? Because I can. If only windows would support two cursors......

Re: WF (wrong forum) - Mice (mouses)
wrist problems are really killing me. I wish I could switch hands but i don't think I could move it fast enough and with enough accuracy. I have visions of a mass misclick problem. I'm hoping I don't have to buy one of those wrist supports that hooks on to the front of your desk. I might risk amputation to avoid this extremely gay ergonomic marvel.

Re: WF (wrong forum) - Mice (mouses)
I use a trackball exclusively now. For a while, I was actually running the early levels mostly with a game controller until I started 8-tabling, but now that I'm back to 4 I may get it running again. Is there really such thing as a "Gyroscopic air mouse?"

Re: WF (wrong forum) - Mice (mouses)
With a touch screen it could be a pain to reach if your 8 tabling cause the 2 monitors would be far away. Also on touch screens they sometimes dont like to work exactly how you want them to. I want something to read my mind and do it for me. Or voice activation or something.
