Big Stacks AK 50/100

massive 85k stack, fabsoul a touranment player with 27k, i have 16k stack. fabsoul is loose, not too passive not too aggro but loose and about what you'd expect from a middling touranment player. fantasize has gotten some big hands in big situations, thinking back to tables we've played together nothing stands out. he seems to do well, is not tight, but don't know enough to call him loose. he is not passive, but don't know enough to call him aggro.

i open preflop a lot, and generally don't go to showdown unless i have big hand. i have AKh and open to $350. Fab calls behind and fanto calls from SB. (7 handed). flop is Ad 8d 2s, fanto checks, i bet pot of $1150 they both call. turn is 2h, fanto checks, i bet $3k into 4.5k pot, fab folds, fanta minraises to 6k.

i dont really watch these nose bleed games all that much (maybe 2-3hrs total), but what i keep hearing about them from these forums is that ABC type tight poker will get you run over.

which is why this :

and other general comments about danny's play dont add up to him beating these games, unless he just plays them when are super good and they dont notice his tight play.

Min-raise right back. The idea is to make him call your minraise then check-check on the river for showdown.
