Could someone tell me if this is relesed over time or whethe rit comes as one big lump sum at the end.

There is no way I'll clear 10k points in 60 days so I have to know to modify my bonus amount.

It's released in smaller increments if you deposit less. I think it's in increments of 10% or $20 whichever is less.

Also, it's not 60 days to clear, at least not for me, it's 120 days.

I'm doing it primarily at the $25 NL games and it's slow but I'm pretty sure I'm going to get it all.

Waaay back in the day i deposited $100 (might have been $50, who knows).
Anyways, my bonus was releasing in $5 increments. Like stated above, I think it may be dependant upon your initial deposit.
