Standard situation

Villain has to have at least aces to 3-bet here, but calls liberally on 3rd so he doesn’t necessarily have aces up.
What’s my line?

Easy fold.

Re: Standard situation

I would fold. With all the dead hearts, it seems unlikely that he called your completion with a three flush. This points strongly to a pair on third, so you have a good chance to be staring at aces up. There are just too many ways you are either way behind or a little behind.

I don't think I would raise after he catches the ace and bets out. Then again, it sure helped you figure out where you stand, before you chase on the more expensive streets.

you post sims all the time - person with queens against person with As - huge dog right?

I either think to fold against a tight, unimaginative player, or call and see if he gives you a free card on fifth (or if you improve).

If he's solid, he might be buying a free card with a pair of sixes. It's the cheap street - I like calling and seeing another card usually.

There are only two cards in the deck to catch that will make me feel comfortable in this situation. Remember our opponent may have 2 pair already and if he doesnt we will never know when he does. It doesnt seem worth it to draw IMHO.

The thing is, though, that is opponent might be 100% full of [censored] and semi-bluffing for a free card. It's one small bet to see if the opponent follows through on fifth AND to see if you improve.

I see what you are saying but you have to trust your reads.

I call and fold on 5th with no improvement, but I'm assuming from your description that his most likely hand by a good margin is just aces. If you read like lstream that he is actually pretty likely to have 2 pair, you should fold now.

There is another piece of information in his re-raise that causes me to think he has two pair. Against the average low or mid limit player on Party, he is going to get called almost every time. If you reraise with an expectation to be called, it is very likely that you are well ahead. Your raise could very easily cause him to think you have queens up. His reraise says "I don't care - I still have you beat"
