($33) AQs facing large raise 5-handed

What would you do here with AQs? I normally resteal vs. a smaller bet, but he put in half his chips, so presumably i'm not going to push him off the hand. I assume I'm ahead, especially since there's a higher than normal chance that he's on a tilt-raise. But even if ahead, should i be gambling that many chips without a great pair?

I had a little bit of a read on the raiser since the second hand pasted below occured immediately before the one here.

I'd fold, I think.

I think you fold too. Considering the last hand (and the fact that he committed more than half his stack with the raise) you have little/no fold equity. There's probably a range you could put him on that would make it correct to call, but I don't know. I'm just usually a lot more comfortable taking these situations with some FE...unless you think he's a donk that is scared of busting out I think you wait for a better situation. This may be one of those situations where you're likely ahead but you have to fold anyway.
