But then my head went into my ass after the turn as the flop agg made me think two pair turned into FH or KQ over played early on.

i'm now thinking i should have bet on the river. Thoughts on my line?

I would 3-bet this flop. CR is scary, but it doesn't mean you're behind.

If capped I call down.

Given the way you played it, bet the river.
