thin calldown

Villain is severely tilting, and is trying to win every pot, especially against me. He's a 67/11/1.7.

If you think villain is severely tilting, check behind on the flop and call the inevitable flop and river bets. This looks a bit over-aggressive to me. (But I play 1/2, so I could be completely off.)

Given his present tilted state I like just calling down from the flop check/raise on. I don't think 3-betting does anything good for you here.

I had planned to check behind on the turn and call any river, but I can see that 3-betting is dangerous.

looks great other than the flop 3bet

Re: thin calldown

I don't like the flop 3 bet. Against a tilting oppponent I'm looking to get to showdown once he shows any kind of agression.

Depending on specific reads I may let this go on the flop and look for a better place to let him hang himself. If villain was semibluffing a straight draw on the flop, the 8 probably hit his hand.

I would def. not do this, because a good portion of the range that makes us want to call him down are flush draws. If I 3-bet the flop to save 1SB in seeing a showdown it would definitely be to bet the turn and check behind on the river, however this guy seems like he'll donk or check/raise no matter how aggro you are so I'll take the cheaper and surer route.
