Eurobet or Empire?

So after paying many thousands of dollars in rake to Party, I'm finally ready to sign up with a rakeback affilate. Which skin should I choose, and why? Assume I can get the same % at both.

The only thing I know is that I don't really like Eurobet's mods to the interface, especially the cashier screens. Also I am hearing alot of negativity towards Empire, mainly about closing bonus whores accounts, but also rumors about them possibly ending rakeback. Thats about all I know.

Note: I do not plan to whore, just play. And I don't need advice or offers for actual affliates.

Thanks.

I really don't think the cashier on Eurobet is a big deal. especially if you're playing for rakeback, there's no need to move money back and forth too often.

also they just started offering a $25 monthly reload bonus for 375 raked hands which does not deduct from MGR. and the chances of Eurobet freezing rakeback before and/or if Party and Empire do is fairly slim.

because their affiliate program is also tied in with a sportsbook and casino? I was just speculating.

sign up on both. I play around 5K hands 0,5/1 on each without any problem....still get rakeback still get the bonus

Eurobet table interface >>>>> Empire table interface.

That drab navy blue is depressing!

Probably empire. They offer some player rewards (EP points) and have a lot more bonuses than Eurobet. Empire is only closing down the accounts that bonus whore them. Not normal players, so playing at empire seems better.

Re: Eurobet or Empire?

Having bonuses is a negative for rakeback. Go with eurobet, you can still bonus whore empire, but you will get more rakeback at eurobet because there are less bonsues. Less money will be deducted from your MRG and therefor you will make more money at eurobet. Plus eurobet looks cooler.

Eurobet!

Re: Eurobet or Empire?

Eurobet, easily. Empire is just a poker room (not a casino and sports book) and relies on Party for everything it does to deliver its product (entire backend, customer support, cashier system). Eurobet has its own cashier system and has revenue streams from its other lines of business. If Party gets serious about squashing rakeback at its various skins, it will have a much, much easier time doing it at skins like Empire, whose business rests on a contract and the good graces of Party, than it will at Eurobet, whose business is broader and whose customer information (legal names, neteller address, emails, etc.) is not managed by Party.

Re: Eurobet or Empire?

I am familiar with both skins, and I would have to say they both have their pros and con. Both skins have nice table colors, as suppose to parties eye straining colors.

As you probably know, Eurobet's cashier is web-based and does take a few seconds longer to load up. This can be a pain in the ass if you are multi tabling. fwiw, i heard eurobet offers a slightly higher percentage in rakeback from what I've seen. By biggest problem is that they have no tournaments or special tournaments like pp's super weekdays, 250K gauranteed, etc. There is also no player's point system on euro.

On empire, you get some sort of frequent play VIP points or whatever it is. Although it takes forever to earn, it can't hurt if you were planning on playing anyways. They have wsop satellites, where euro does not.

I also believe that if anyone is going to get rid of affiliate program, it would be Empire before Euro, just because Euro seems more independent than empire, like the previous poster said.

Did anyone else notice that when you sign up w/ Eurobet, your Location information appears in all CAPITAL letters w/ the state included? I hope i'm not the only one that noticed.

go with eurobet. dont quote me on this, but empire doesnt allow rakeback while eurobet allows up to 25%. eurobet is pretty much the black sheep of the family and so you can trust them more with this kind of stuff. you can also open up multiple accounts and they really dont care, unlike some of the other skins.

Re: Eurobet or Empire?

Empires VIP program sucks anyhow. If you are a huge tournament player you can do well with it - otherwise not worth considering. If you are a serious player at ring games you will get very few VIP points. Their program rewards players who only play a few hands a day. This is all based on a square root of # of hands played. However, the tournaments are squared.

With Empire closing accounts, signup with Eurobet. This is my main place as of now. No hassles, No problems, and no points program.

Re: Eurobet or Empire?

another thing is that eurobets images are much easier on the eyes. i dont know if you would setup mods for empire or not, but with eurobet you dont need to.

yah the cashier thing is a bit annoying, but its worth the trouble.

there is also software that allows you to run 2 eurobet accounts/clients at once. you can even run more if you like. this is very handy for datamining or multitabling.

pm me if you want this software along with my rakeback provider that supports it.
