What bug me most about Party...
 

No matter what table you're on, there will be 1-3 people sitting out. I've never seen another site like this.

I agree. I wish that they'd put in a 3rd man out rule or some such thing. Of course, I don't play party anymore.

While I often see some people sitting out, I'd hardly say it is every table that has 3 sitting out. When I sit down at a full ring game, I find one that is full, and full of fish to be more specific. I rarely have problems with people sitting out after I arrive.
