How is revenue calculated?
A player's revenue equals their total contribution to the rake, and their total contribution to tournament fees while playing at FullTiltPoker.com, minus any credits, bonuses paid, FTP costs, charge backs, or costs directly attributable to the player. See the Affiliate Agreement for more details.

Have the payouts for September been sent to the affiliates by FullTilt?

Are they offering rake tracking on a daily basis (or weekly/monthly)?

I got my september payment from my affiliate and no, no tracking.
