I'd check and let him catch up. Bet small on the turn (to look weak) hoping he caught something and is willing to raise, or at the very least it gives him a chance to bluff at the pot. If your opponent catches up (ie; hits a flush, or has pocket pair and hits a boat), he's going to pay you off. Quite a few people will even pay you off with top pair. If you blow him out of the pot now, you'll have no chance of getting his entire stack.

I continuation bet 99% of the time (because it takes down the pot most of the time), and while checking here would look very out of place for me, most of the people online don't pay attention. So I have no problems checking it.

I've heard of "fastplaying is the new slowplaying" but this is rediculous! The board is crippled, is it not? Let the man catch up on the turn, then make a small bet to feign a bluff. Who is going to call $10 on that board? Maybe a LAG who auto-min-raises continuation bets on weak boards. Are those players common at $100NL? Is that what you are hoping for?

It depends alot on the player but generally I'd bet 10-13(probably more towards 13 since that's what I do on drawy flops, why bet less when I have the nuts?) and hope he plays back. If he doesn't then you won a small pot. If you slowplay you're gonna win a liiitle bigger pot if you're lucky, and if you fastplay you have a good shot at the others stack. Especially if you've been stealing alot like I do.
