Seriously, I'm guessing that there are no hard feelings on this post deletion now that the business aspect behind the decision has been clarified.

No hard feelings at all.
No harm was intended and I apologise for any harm I may have caused.

Re: Announcement of the site hosting the 1st & Last events

As someone pointed out, RV currently has this set up as a $1000 + 100 with $25+2.5 rebuys and add ons. I am pretty sure this is not the intent, but you may want to contact them about this. You can sign up for this already (I did then withdrew).

$100 juice is pretty steep, too. They typically follow the industry standard, so I am guessing this is just a place holder until they get things squared away.

Give it a day or two and I imagine this will sort itself out.

yes it will

they will have landing pages here in a few days (similar to what True has just posted). when those go up, RVP will then also have a representative here to answer ALL of the questions you guys might have.

be gentle with him pls

I've now been waiting 3 hours for a 5 person ISOP satellite table to fill up on RVP.... only 3 people so far, lol

From Royal Vegas website:

April 3rd @ 5pm EST
$1,000+$100 buy-in
Rebuys and addon: $25+$2.50
1 in 5 qualify for the ISOP Championship Event to be held on March 5th 2006 @ 2pm EST

----------------

$25 rebuy!?!? This will not only be the biggest tournament, but the wildest tournament during the rebuy period. Won't even be poker played until after the rebuy period.

This isn't exactly flowing. No site update, nobody to play in the SnG satellites, tourney still includes the rebuys?

Is this ISOP event at the bottom of their list of "to do's"?

You think that is wild?
Try playing Riptide $2 R&A on Paradise. The wildest hour ever seen.
Even the second hour is fun because you have all the players who shouldn't have survived the first hour. They only did so because of lucky hits or multiple re-buys.

Only really settles down after the second break.
