New release.

By request i've started a new MTH thread, just to get rid of the worst clutter [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

# Disabled keyboard controls that were not working, they will be added again in a later release
# Added list of donators to donation dialog
# Added an option to deselect tables so MTH ignores them
# Fixed bug when MTH was opened on a 1-monitor system, after being used on a 2-monitor system
# Fixed bug where tables would not go to their previous location when not using auto arrange, and when using "move active table"
