The villan has been very tight and i was like 90% sure he had an overpair. Should i have pushed the flop, because i had overs and a flush draw and it seemed like a perfect semi-bluff oppurtuinty. comments?

You have to make your decision on the flop. Your a favorite over everything but AA-JJ so the only way you can get out of this is if you are almost certain that's what he's holding. Seems like you didn't really have a plan on the flop. Flat calling the raise and folding the turn is terrible, so I probably get all my chips in on the flop here.
