my last hand ... 4 handed short stack but not < 10xBB

Button (t211055.50) - in every hand at this point, calling most bets to river (most bets have been < 10k though)
SB (t111591) - he will let you know how big a piece of the board he has
Hero (t59533)
UTG (t81320)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7d, 4h.
1 fold, Button calls t3000, SB Completes, Hero checks.

Flop:(t9800) 6d, 7h, 5d (3 players)
Hero bets t12000,Button calls t12000, SB folds

After hand I was thinking I should of checked here

Turn:(t33800) 6s (2 players)

Hero ??

shortstacked i'd probably push that flop

even someone holding 88 can't be that happy there....

you have top pair and open ended- betting and getting called just will not cut the mustard, i am pretty sure this is a push to most posters here.

yeah, i am shortstacked at the table but not in the "danger" area yet.
At this stage all it take is one hand and you will be back up to 80-90k.

neone else?

i would make a more normal-sized bet here. you want button to lose a lot with 6x or 5x. i'd bet 7.5k and plan on betting the turn for 3/4 pot. the only reason to check the flop is so that you can c/r, but you have too much to c/r all-in and you will be in a tough spot if you get called and the turn is diamond (or just a brick).

i'd bet again on the turn. it's a crappy card, but if villain is bad enough to call bets with overs (as it sounds like has been), let him.
