Base Currency Change On Neteller
 

Hi All

Can someone tell me how to change my base currency on my neteller account?
At the moment its in Pounds Stirling but I want it change it to US dollars. So I can move money between sites.
I e-mailed Neteller but recieved no reply!

Neteller are a nightmare at answering emails. There's a freefone number from the UK which is the best way to get hold of them or try the live chat facility if you're feeling brave!

The base currency for Neteller accounts was US$ when I signed up so I presume you've already changed it once. I think you have to go through support for any subsequent change. If you've not previously changed currency then there should be an option available via the site (there is on my account).

I've complained to Neteller on several occasions about their email responses but to no avail. However, once you've got someone on the phone you should be able to get sorted out quite easily.
