Re: ($55) I hate JJ
This is why I still limp JJ in early position. Even though most people here raise it. I think you have to fold to his reraise. But then again.....you are the Hero. And the Hero always wins against the Evil Genius.

Re: ($55) I hate JJ
I think folding to the reraise is ok, and I think that limping here is just totally ridiculous. The blind is 1/17th of your stack and you have JJ!

Re: ($55) I hate JJ
Oh yea. For some reason I totally missed that the blinds are 25/50. I thought it was earlier. Yea, limping sucks then. But I still fold to the Evil Genius.

Re: ($55) I hate JJ
If you are folding to a reraise, I think you should raise less, or limp as splashpot suggested.

Re: ($55) I hate JJ
meh this is borderline for me, I fold TT and push QQ. Part of me doesnt like folding JJ with 17x, but if I was to do it, this would be the spot.

Re: ($55) I hate JJ
I raise to 125 instead of 150 but in any case the reraise to 375 is especially dangerous.

[/ QUOTE ] Keeps the pot a bit smaller for when you have to play postflop. It's not a huge difference, but since the raise is a greater % of the stacks, it doesnt have to be as big. Hey, something I agree with curtains on. |
