why is it that some peiple have like 75 responces to there non sense posts ... but someone like me asking for help and asking questions gets one responce .... who are these guys who have there posts highlighted in grey

I ran the above through English Converter 3.0 and got:

Why is it that some people have 75 responses to their nonsense
posts, but someone like me who is asking questions and for help
gets one response? Who are these guys who have their posts
highlighted in gray?
