Clear raise. He'll call you with a ton of worse hands even non- [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. If he 3-bets call because he's bad aggressive and probably thinks any flush is the nuts.

Yeah, raise!!!!

Im so bad at value raising rivers, but I think this is fairly easy
