Do you make this call ? ($22)

SB had been raising a LOT of pots. He had luckboxed his way into his chips by getting into a raising war on level 2 (eventually getting all-in preflop with 7Js that sucked out on KK). Later he gave most of his stack away with terrible, loose play. What do you think of this call ?

UTG ( $690 )
UTG +1 ( $1675 )
CO ( $2310 )
Button ( $1880 )
SB ( $775 )
BB (HERO) ( $670 )

Blinds(50/100)

Dealt to HERO [ Kh 9c ]
UTG folds.
UTG +1 folds.
CO folds.
Button folds.
SB is all-In [725]
BB (HERO) is all-In [570]

Not sure I like it. Would put you at around 50-55% depending on his crazy range.

My thought process:

1) The SB was a total moron, loose idiot

2) He's going to keep doing this (he's been raising even from EP, much less open pushing from the SB)

3) My stack is getting kind of small

4) I'm confident that I have the better hand

5) If I win this hand, it changes the whole game around

I thought it was a close call.

You have a better hand than his RANGE, but that doesn't neccessarily mean you have a better hand than he's playing here. It depends on when the blinds go up, but I'd be pretty tempted to call: You need to double up to get ITM really, and putting all your chips in when you're 50-55% vs. his range is as good a time as any, otherwise you have to wait until you get a proper preflop hand, which may not happen at all.

Yes, I would call here vs. that villain. The only time I wouldn't would be if I thought I could get away with open-pushing, and that the bigger stacks would not open up their calling ranges to my pushes. However, with this guy to your right, you're not going to get to open very often (if at all) anyway, so I like a call here.

I agree with all of this, including that it is close.

I say, fortune favors the bold.

Good call vs a guy whos' range is any 2.
