TT UTG, NL100, 6 max

BB is my favorite maniac of the week. His stats are 81/36..
He likes to raise to anywhere from 5-10BB preflop, and continues by betting close to pot on the flop and frequently massivly overbets the pot.. I have been playing with him for a while on two tables( having position on him at both tables ) and i have won some enourmous pots from him with just one pair hands..
He has frequently raised from the BB with a few limpers.

Button is also quite loose. His stats are more sane 42/23.

At this table i have been playing quite thigth lately(don't know if anybody have noticed..)
So i decide to limp and try to reraise if BB raises to isolate him. Do you like my play, or do you hate it?

Raise smaller or let him bet into you with the likely best hand.

TT isn't good when a J,Q,K,A or you see 2-broadway cards, no?

TT probably not the best hand to do this with.

How much would you raise then? I thought TT was a very vurnable hand if i got more than one caller. My thought was that i wanted to isolate vs the BB or take the pot down. If i get heads up vs BB he is almost all in already, so i guess i am not laying down my hand no matter what.
There is already quite a bit of money in the pot.
Also i thought that there was a good chance that the buttons hand did not stand a reraise since he was raising preflop so frequently.

This is not a standard play for me at all, but at the time it felt right vs this BB and button.

If i get called or raised by any of the other players i doubt that my hand is good.

I would be reluctant to do this because if the button calls, it would be a very difficult hand to play. I would be compelled to continuation bet in the event no overcards or a single overcard flops in order to prevent the button from taking control of the hand, but any meaningful continuation bet pot commits you.

I don't like this play given you're trying to isolate someone from the blinds and have to go through the entire field to do so. If target was UTG and we're UTG+1 I'd be more than willing to raise/re-raise him to isolate, but in this spot we should lead out preflop and hope our raise does the isolating for us (i.e. everyone folds BB calls or raises us)...it will accomplish our goals with a greater chance of success.

Does this mean that you think this is a ok move with a stronger hand? If so how much stronger?
