82 in front of a phone number
 

im thinking of responding to a personals ad ive seen recently. but i can not figure out what this means, the phone number is listed as 82-530-###-####. any idea what the 82 means?

It seems that *82 dialed before you enter the phone number disables caller ID blocking.
