tilting at specific tables

i find that when mutli-tabling, if i'm running well at one table and running bad at another table i'll play perfectly at the table i'm running well at and make very sound poker decisions, but i'll simultaneously tilt at the table i'm losing at. it's really a strange phenomenon and i have no idea what accounts for it. has anyone had similar experiences? i'm beginning to just leave the table that i'm tilting at, but it's so bizarre that this even happens.
help!

There are programs out there, the only one I can recall is called "tiltblocker" it will hide your stack size (use for limit tables only) so you can't tell how well you're running.

I usually buy in for 100BB just so i don't run out of chips and it helps ease the psychological pain of seeing yourself sitting there with 8-9BBs trying to win your way back.

I had this problem last night. I think that the presence of a particular player that is getting very creative against you can further pronounce this effect.

It's a problem when trying to clear bonii on deserted sites, as the player that's getting under my skin is usually playing on all active tables at that limit.

I've noticed this as well. In fact, on a lot of occassions both the table I'm crushing and the I'm struggling on both share a number of the same players, and on the good table, they give my raises respect and on the bad the same player w/ react completely differently.

Maybe it's just an issue of perspective.

It's not that hard to play well while running well. The cards are doing all the work.

Or you could just do what I do and always rebuy if one of the following applies:

-You have less than 12 BB
-Your stack is low enough that you're starting to tilt because of it

Of course this requires good recordkeeping, but PT can take care of that.
