As someone who works in the securities industry I didn't find it that remarkable that DMX or whatever his name is kept his job.

First of all, you don't need a college degree to take the Series 7 exam, although most reputable brokerage firms do require a degree.

Secondly, the U-4 form (which is what the SEC keeps on file for your record) is notoriously slow to update and would only include securities violations. It would not include getting kicked out of college for running a bookie operation.

They do now require fingerprinting after getting hired, so his prints would be in the national database. So if he ever goes off and kills the drug lords or the Matador, he is going to need to leave a clean crime scene.

The last three have been ridicilously good. Some faulty scripting as usual but a vast improvement over the original three episodes. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I love how they just brushed off the sheriff executing Tropical Henry in his office.

"They said it was justifiable."

How is shooting an unarmed suspect in the sheriff's office from close range with no signs of a struggle and 4 cops had just left the room justifiable? They could have at least taken 30 seconds to drive TH to the desert like normal.
