how to deal with a loosie passive

the villain, after 37 hands, has 84% vpip, 8% pf raise, and 0.3/0.4/2.33 aggression (overall 0.52). he seems to always want to see a flop, and post-flop likes to call down draws without odds. here are 3 hands in which i was involved with him.

given that the hands occurred in that order, what changes would be suggested to the action? comments on all aspects of play are appreciated.

Re: how to deal with a loosie passive

here are my thoughts on the situation. first, i am surprised he did not raise his 2p, expecting me to keep betting into him. knowing that he calls 6xbb raises with such trash as Q2s out of position [as is typical for most fish], how should that affect later confrontations? for example in the second hand he led the turn when checked to. doesn't look like a draw since he would probably check it; probably a king (given his aggro factor). the last hand i check turn because he may check a A/K again expecting me to bet. maybe value bet the river here?

Against this type of player, just keep on value betting until you get raised. Then you have a decision to make. Without further reads, I would value bet the river in the first one.
