PT Stats

Could anyone please help me out here? I just downloaded PokerTracker, and I was wondering what kind of stats I should be looking for. What is a good VPIP, etc, BB/100, aggression factor, etc..? Sorry if this question is extremely broad.

Re: PT Stats

no limit is not a game of stats. two players can have virtually identical stats, but play different postflop and make different decisions and have totally different results.

there is no right answer to the quetsion. under 20 is a tight vpip, and under 10 is a tight pfr. if youre playing 6max 20/10 stats are solid.

I've come to the conclusion that the only important stat is the BB/100... anything over 3 is good... over 10 is extremly good... remember you need 10K hands for the stats to be significant.

move the decimal point one to the right and there you are.

i play 6max, just to clear that up. when i se stats i think of 10 or higher as loose, and 10 or lower as tight. just my thoughts.

yeah, pretty much. I think that winrates arent that useful, so I am in the skeptical crowd. but ive run at 13pt bb for 15K hands, and then ran at 2ptbb for 10K.

Once I broke even for 4K hands, and then won 5 buy ins at 200nl in 400 hands.

heres the thing, ive broken even for a long time but ive never had a really big downswing, if that makes sense. i dont know anything about limit, so i have no frame of reference.
