I was told this is a trojan.
If yes, how do I get rid of it?

I suspect you got paranoid after the trojan post and searched for 1.exe. No worries I have this file too. LUCOMS~1.EXE is part of Nortons Live Update ( did search ) do you have Norton products installed?

Is it in c:\windows\prefetch? If so it is a prefetch file created by windows and not something you need to worry about.
