cashout question

on thursday night (actually 1am friday morning) I requested a cashout with a party skin where I had money sitting around. they still haven't approved my cashout and it's tuesday night. I called them yesterday morning and they said they were doing a "standard security check" on my account and it would be another 24-48 hours. what does this mean? what happens if they deny my cashout or something? it's not a huge amount of money, but not insiginificant either. I've never had a cashout take this long before, not even close.

Do you have anything to worry about?

It happened to me om empire, it took them a week to see there was nothing wrong, for it was probably because I talked in portuguese with a guy from my country and was reported by some fish also because of all the software(pv, pt) they were checking to see if it was all fine

absolutely not. I've always played from one pc, etc. of course I have accounts on 3-4 party skins, but lots of people do.

Are you a " preferred member"? It make help a lot. I know they have requested players to become preferred members before they could cashout over $2K.

I would say chances are very very high, the site has had internal issues adn it's just taking them that long to process it.

I know eurobet has had site problems off and on for the past 5 days.

update

I just called them and they said they were investigating my account. I have no idea why they would be doing this, but it seems really sketchy and weird. they gave me the name of the person investigating my account and told me to call back in 9 hours when she gets in.

I'm also having a problem with a Eurobet cashout. My previous cashouts took only a couple of hours. This one is has been over 36 hours and I still waiting!
