No stats, but I will say that my flop bet was slightly delayed due to other tables, and his flop CR was instant. Also, it seems the limp/autoCR line from the sb is the new limp/autobet in these games.

Anyone raise preflop? I think ive been going too easy on open completers.

Due to this new autoCR thing I think i like a flop check better here. Especially since he knows I dont have an ace.

I thought about popping the turn but since it was a ten I didnt think i would be very believable and he might 3bet with crap.

I didnt like the river card but I didnt come this far to fold on the river.

if you think this is often air, i'm way more for 3-bet the flop, and don't put in another bet.

I think you should raise this preflop

Mr. NL,

I raise this preflop against anyone except those who I know to be pretty loose postflop. By raising, you don't give them the opportunity to bet into you on the flop and steal. Also, it makes the pot twice as big and , imo, doesn't reduce your flop folding equity by much, if anything at all (it might actually increase it). I used to be a fan of checking in these spots with marginal hands like K2, but I changed my mind.

I would fold to the flop raise.

I'm well known for being stupidly tight but I think Lmn55d really hit the nail on the head, you actually increase your flop fold equity whilst similtaneously bloating the pot making his fold often even more incorrect.

Yeah I agree with both of you regarding preflop. I used to raise hands like this all the time but like I said I think ive gone a little soft lately.

What hands do you check in this spot only your very worst? I check to often here I think, need to work on it alot.

Just fold to the flop cr. Wait till you have reason to believe they're consistently doing this to catch them, rather than just speculating that people do.
