2001fp same as samsung 204t?
 

i was pretty sure samsung made the monitors for dell/apple, just checking to make sure that is true. does anyone here own a 204t and can confirm it is the same as the 2001fp? thanks

p.s. not just in screen resolution, but in input features also.

i own one of each. i dont know who makes what. being a layman, i dont mess with the imputs. they both work and thats all i care about:) sorry for not being able to answer your question but to me, they look the same.

204T has slightly better specifications on paper. I think both contrast and brightness are higher for the 204T. I don't know anything about the inputs.

the reason i ask is because my friend just got a 2001fp, and im pretty much drooling over it. the thing that i really love is the composite video in, so you can watch tv/play xbox, etc on it. does anyone know if the samsung possesses this ability too?

dsub and dvi-d only, AFAIK.
