Best poker rooms worldwide?

Hi guys.

I might have a really incredible opportunity coming up to spend a year traveling and playing cards with most of my travel expenses covered. I am looking for a list of the best card rooms in the world (NON-US rooms only please - I'd be outside of the US for the full year).

I ask you guys rather than looking for lists on google because I know y'all have played in a lot of cool places and for the most part, I trust your opinions.

So tell me where is good to visit!

I checked out the Victoria Casino in London last April. The place was small, dirty and the poker area (less than 10 tables) was unimpressive. I'd skip it unless you wan't to say you've played there.

While I have not been, the new Vancouver casinos seem to be offering more poker these days.

Never been here, but from reports, the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia is terrific.

Wow, what a great opportunity.

If you find yourself in London as you will at some point, Gutshot is a more amusing place to play than the Vic. gutshot.com to have a look.

I had an excellent timein Ireland, playing a couple of tournamments and some cash games at the Fitzwilliam in Dublin. It included a highly loose-aggressive pot limit game which alternated between rounds of hold em and Omaha. http://www.fitzwilliamcardclub.com/

um can you elaborate please? Are you talking about the country of Costa Rica? If so, is there a specific cardroom or is the entire country just a good place to play - i.e. there are 5-10 kill games at bus stops?

Thanks in advance.
