Easier or Harder?
 

This is a philosophical question, so if it's moved, that's okay.

If:
a) God exists
b) God is omniscient
c) God is compassionate in the same manner that humans can be

Would it be easier or harder for God to observe Earth if it were paradise?

if it would be easier to observe paradise, then wither:

-one of the previous statements is false
-god is omniscient but not omnipotent
-there's a reason things are the way they are...

I, for one, have no idea what "being easier to observe" even means. Perhaps if you clarify you'll get more interest.
