you need to raise the turn - even if someone has a made straight you have a ton of equity in a five way pot.

oh sorry for posting a 5/10 hand here. I was looking through poker tracker and thought I was looking at only the 10/20 hands.

Raise the turn and make people drawing near dead pay.

In a 5 way pot raising the turn is great for equity if they all call. But if the SB has a made straight he's certainly going to 3-bet right? If he 3-bets and knocks everyone else out but you, you pay off the river bet and end up losing 2 extra bets unless you fill.

So to the better players out there... will you get multiple callers in this situation (or be ahead) often enough to compensate opening yourself up to the reraise (killing your 5-way action) and losing extra bets when behind?

I do not think a 3 bet by SB will kill all of our action here as anyone with a flush draw will call as well as some folks with just a jack or a lower set or 2 pair hand. I really like raising this turn because of the equity you have here if you do not already have the best hand.

In a pot this large and a board this drawy SB 3-betting isn't knocking many (if any) people out.

Also, if SB does 3-bet and everyone calls I am capping.
