HOWARD STERN, The FCC, and INDECENCY ???
 

For all stern fans out there, you know that radio indecency is getting out of control. You cannot say words like anal sex and bukkake on the radio anymore but on a recent episode of Nip Tuck they can show hardcore gay sex and other wierd $hit. Granted Nip Tuck is on basic cable, what's next for censorship, HBO??? Paper View??? Where does it end ???

Well now you monkey-wrenched it. I am a huge Stern fan, however I am fairly conservative and think the FCC plays an important role in America. They may be stretching their limits, but Stern is doing his job by pushing his. I just hope they leave satellite alone.

Actually, I'm a little curious as to how it changes everything. If I'm standing on a street corner, can I be fined or arrested for saying "anal sex" beause it's a public place?

Of course you can, why the hell not? This is America and you have the right to say whatever the [censored] you want to. Censorship is wrong, ethically and legally so. If the prudes at FCC dont want to hear the words 'anal sex' then they dont have to listen to howard stern. Why should they decide whats decent and what is not? They aren't even elected!!
