Define youth. Lots of chronologically challenged folks that I know exhibit behavior that would qualify as youthful or even downright childish.

A large percentage of those same people never actually spent their youth. They saved some, and got compounded interest along the way.

Spend your time, youth (and money) wherever you like. SoCal is a great place to do just that.
