Hand 1: Villain was very loose, I saw him call a raise and then a short stack push with A6 off, then lead into a dry sidepot when he flopped bottom pair on a coordinated dangerous board.

Hand 2: Villain unknown

What to do on these rivers?

Bet more, especially on both turns, but I want more on the flops too. Hand1 get your money in(would be easier if you had bet more earlier), hand2 you have ~45 behind in a 114 pot? get the rest in there unless you think he'll bluff a missed draw or something

What's with the stop and go, you should be 3 betting the flop cause of the flush draws.

hand 1 I probably push, if he's as loose as you say, he'll call with lots of hands you beat.

Hand 2 is tougher..his play suggests AK or AQ..I think both check-calling and bet-folding are decent plays here.

Re: Two hands meet flop resistance, QKo, AKo, Top pairs

On both of these hands I was bet/folding the turn, however, you will see that the plan did not go as well as I hoped, as villain's smoothcalled. I could prob bet a dollar more on each flop, but the difference is trivial in my mind.

So, the general point of this post: What is your plan on these flops. And if you bet/fold turn, what is your plan when villain smoothcalls?

I've grown to abhor minraises, as they always seem to be monsters trying to swell a pot without scaring you out of them.

Hand 1, if villain is an established reckless LAg, then I push the river with extreme prejudice.

Hand 2, bet/fold.

Maybe I'm too weak tight, but big one pair pots can mean big trouble.

Im not deep enough to b/f in hand 2. Its either push, C/C, or C/F.

Please say why you think one is better than the other.

Hand 2: If MP hit runners, thats bad. Your point in the hand were you needed to decide I think was the flop raise on you. Limp call raise by an unknown seems like a set line to me, but his smoothcall on the turn seems out of place for that line. Do you think villian plays his draws in that manner? I like a check call here because if he bets, even putting you all in, your getting about 3-1 on your call, and if hes on the draw you might get a free showdown, or pick off a bluff.

Re: Two hands meet flop resistance, QKo, AKo, Top pairs

Hand 1: I think if villan is a loose dumb moron, I think pushing is best. You will see a call from worse Qs and such.

Hand 2: I think villan may have 2 pair. A5s/A8 are possible, as is a weaker Ace. I think c/c is best. As stated before, stack sizes are not big enough to b/f. c/f MAY be an option, but I'm not so sure we have the worst hand just yet. I think c/c allows us (maybe) a cheaper showdown.
