Wow, I'm obviously too late to be of any use--but they're running the TRUFFLE TASTING MENU now. If money is no object, it's a no-brainer.

On a recent trip there, my companion and I made our own pasta tasting menu, consisting of the Pappardelle with fresh-shaved truffles, the wild-boar ragu Pappardelle and the gnochi with lamb. Just felt like sharing. I love Babbo.

Edit since OP posted his celebrity sighting: we ate next to Jessica Lange and Sam Shephard.
