I check, station checks, maniac bets, I raise, both call.

RIVER:
Rag (non diamond)
I check, station checks, maniac bets, I raise, station folds, maniac calls.

bet/3-bet, CR, CR....just as good?

The only thing that would be better is bet/3-bet, bet/3-bet, CR. All depends on how likely this particular lag is to raise the turn.
