Which poker magazines do you read?
Hi everyone. Yes, I'm a noobie. I just got a subscription to All In magazine. I like it, it has cool stuff and information in it straight from the pros. I also purchased a couple of Bluff magazines. They're good too, but not as informative in my opinion as All In. So I was wondering what you guys read or recommend?

I get card player only because I got it free through absolute. I cannot believe they let Hellmuth post his bad beat/self promotion articles in there.

None, there's nothing in them that is worth the subscription cost when the 2+2 Magazine and forums are free.

I read cardplayer online at cardplayer.com. Click on the magazine tab on the site to get to the magazine articles. Hands down the most enjoyable poker magazine anywhere.
I also read All-in, but only because my wife got me a subscription. The first few I got were absolutely pathetic. The advice columns were moronic and often just plain wrong and there wasn't much enjoyable in there. The last couple have actually been ok, I think they've improved (small sample size of course) but I don't know that its worth actually paying any money for. If bluff is worse than All-In I can't imagine how lousy it must be. Oh, of course, don't forget 2+2's free online magazine. That's pretty good. --Zetack |
