73s vs. a LAG

Villain is a lag; however, he has folded to my aggression before. I THINK the best line may have been to 3 bet the turn and bet a call and check/call a cap. Anyway, the way I played it, here was my thinking on the river. I want to get two bets in here, but I don't want to get 3 bet from a check/raise. I bet the river expecting and wanting to get raised. Does this make sense?

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Yeah, I don't understand not 3-betting the turn here.

Let me help then. I turned wussy.

Anyway, since I did that, do you like the river thought process?

Not really...I think you're good here often enough to check/raise if you're sure he'll bet. But then he'll be more likely to raise a T or maybe even worse than he will be to 3-bet and it keeps it from checking through so bet/call probably isn't too bad at that point. I guess.

pretty easy 3 bet on turn IMO. what do you think he thought you had calling his raise(i assume he has a decent image of you) and then still betting into him? is he SO laggy that he would still raise? hmmm. he could put you on a high spade draw or decent pocket pair i suppose. he may raise in that scenario.

If he's a LAG, why not bet-3bet the river? You've got a great chance of being ahead, and villain would call with a 10.

I'm putting as much in as I can on that turn. He's liable to have a higher club or a FH draw, and I want to get as much action as I can when I'm a prohibitive favorite to win.
