What is your play here with AA?

Home game. 7 handed. Blinds are 40/80. Villan is somewhat tight who limps with hands that I may normally raise with. Villan has me covered by about 2 to 1 in chips.

Hero is CO with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

SB posts blind of 40
BB posts blind of 80
UTG folds
M1 calls
Villan raises to 160
Hero raises to 500
Button folds
SB folds
BB folds
M1 folds
Villan calls

Flop 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villan bets $200
Hero raises all-in.

I play it the same way. The Villan calling preflop leads me to believe that he does not have KK because he would have pushed preflop. Probably AK but could be JJ. If it is JJ I think that's just the chance you have to take. I don't think there is any way you could fold in this situation.
