College get-together, movie poll

Okay, after planning for a little while it's been decided that on the day everyone pretty much moves in, there will be frisbee played on the quad and a movie afterwards as a general 'social thing' for people moving in to our dorm, prob followed by partying afterward by anyone interested.

So, question is, what movie to pick? I've got it narrowed down to 4: Wedding Crashers, Bad News Bears, Dukes of Hazzard, and the new Deuce Bigalow.

I've got a general idea of what movie I think would be best, but I'd like to hear other's opinions.

There is no way anyone in the universe should ever watch a movie with Rob Schneider in it.

This is not even close. Three of those choices blow HARD.

Yeah, those are my own thoughts as well.

I've seen Wedding Crashers, and it obviously rules. What I'm afraid of is that nearly everyone else will have seen it, and who likes seeing movies a second time so soon?

So either see a damn good movie for a second time, but a (lesser) movie for a first time.

Of the four, it really isnt even close. But, I see what you're saying.

But, unless you want to be "that kid who picked that movie" for the first 3 months, avoid DB at all costs.

I regularly see movies twice, or even three times, while in theaters. But regardless... if those are the only four movies playing, and no one wants to watch WC again, then you should find something else to do. Like start the party early.

This can be a good or bad thing dependant upon how you look at it. My dorm isn't a "party dorm". Movies this summer have sucked except Wedding Crashers.
