Question about poker tracker
 

I have just downloaded poker tracker and have imported all the hands that it will allow me to in the evaluation version. I am going to register it, but before I do, I had some questions that I was hoping someone knew the answers to. When posting hands and reads/stats on a user/player, they often give three sets of numbers (ie. 26/15/4). What are these numbers and are those numbers found by using poker tracker? How can I find my numbers with Poker tracker? Or can I?

26 is voluntarily put money in pot (VP$IP) percentage
15 is preflop raise % (PFR)
4 is aggression factor (AF), postflop

The first 2 numbers are on the General Info Tab (make sure your stats are selected in the list of players on the left side of the window). The 3rd one you can find on the window that comes up when you click the "More Detail" button (near top, right side of Gen Info tab).

Okay, I know it is only with 1000 hands, but my numbers are at present 36/5/.6

Is there a range that I should be aiming for? I think my aggression factor is too low? Perhaps my PF raise should be higher? I guess it also depends on what kind of a player I am, but I want to be as profitable as possible.
