Can someone give a summary/synopsis?

Man, I feel like I've totally missed out. Can someone summarize the Empire/Skins situation, and the Party rakeback news? I've been trying to wade through it, but it's pretty hard to put together due to the multiple threads, etc.

Here's the 10 sec newsbite...

1. Over the weekend, Party Poker split their players off from the other skins, effectively creating two seperate poker rooms.

2. Party will release an official statement with regard to rakeback in the near future!

Mostly everything else on here the last couple of days is noise.
