Where I work in FL, supervisors make $35K/yr. plus a $3500 x-mas bonus. Brushes/cashiers make like $6.50/hr plus a percentage of dealer tokes.

In Southern CA the floor supervisors at the casino i deal in make $25 or so an hour.

I dont have any answers but most of the dealers who also do floor claim that they make more dealing.
