Faux news really wants to make this into a big story. I guess it has something to do with their toothless, racist, rube demo. They don't say jack about Richard Pryor, but they spend 10 mins on Faux news sunday debating this.

While I'm certainly very anti-death penalty, I don't get why everyone is so concerned with trying to get this guy off.

I think this case calls the very morality and effectiveness of the death penalty into question. Should be a prime example of why you are anti-death penalty.

Because there is genuine belief by many that he is worth more to society alive than he is dead.

A quadruple murderer who, in spite of evidence, maintains innnocence and claims to have been reformed at the same time (who is also indirectly responsible for the havoc caused by the Crips) is basically one of those cases where as long as the DP is in place, it's an easy decision.

No matter how heinous the crime or the killer, there is always a bunch of anti-death penalty loons trying to get the person off.

In addition this guy very much "hood" and "gangsta" and therefor a large portion of the black community instantly wants to get him off the hook as well.

If this were Scott Peterson and he wrote a few poems about how you shouldn't kill your wife I doubt Jesse "Racial Pimp" Jackson would be involved.

This guy murdered an entire family, lets save our time, energy and effort for people who aren't social degenerate monsters.
