Creating an image: Using photobucket

I want to create an image, so that I can create a link to it on the site here. Specifically, I have copied the table from my Party Poker points for the month of December. How do I make this an image?

i would just bring up the partypoint website, hit print screen, go to ms paint, paste, get the selector tool and grab what you want, copy, new, paste, save, done.
