Flopped a straight, and now the bad news...
 
Its not the nuts, and the board is suited, is my line ok here? Any alternatives? Opponents are "typical."

how sure are you that your opponents will bet if checked to on a 3 flushed board like this? I think that's the only question in this hand for me, if they are agressive I would do it like you did and if they are passive I would bet out. I agree with the way you played this hand.
