Went shopping today....It felt weird
 

Had a weird experience today. I really hate shopping and I never go with my wife. But today, I went to Nordstrom's and bought some nice shirts and pants. Funny thing is, I got some weird high doing my own shopping. It was almost enjoyable. Usually my wife does my shopping because I'm always too busy playing poker...Are there any men out there who like to shop? Do you get this "feel-good" feeling when you buy something nice to wear to work??

You really don't have a couple hours every so often to go and do things for yourself. I thought most people played poker so they could set their own schedule.

Sure. Its a rare occurrence that I'll go out and actually buy clothes, etc. When I do, and actually have something decent to wear instead of looking like a slob, I definitely feel good about it.

Since breaking up with my ex, I've enjoyed buying clothes and doing other things to look good, etc. You kind of forget about that crap when you're in a relationship, or at least I did.

Now you know why people who do a lot of shopping seem addlebrained.
