Neteller requires a land line for an account. I only have a cell phone, not a land line. Since my sister works for Rogers (a cell phone company, amongst other things) I get a pretty sweet deal on my cell and do not need a land line.

I've only had a cell phone for years and I still have Neteller.

When I talked to Neteller two years ago they informed me that I needed a land line. Perhaps they've changed, perhaps if I hadn't said anything it would have been fine, but that's what they told me.

Something tickles the back of my brain saying someone with this name scammed someone in a manner like this before. Methinks someone considering this should do a search before agreeing.
